Garvis does not make autonomous decisions regarding payments or financial transactions.

5. Payments and Financial Data

Gorilla Cat does not directly collect or process payment information from creators or sellers. All commissions and payouts are handled through the respective platforms (TikTok and Shopee) according to their own payment terms and privacy policies. We may collect banking information solely for the purpose of facilitating affiliate commission withdrawals, which is stored securely and used only for this purpose.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Platform Partners: TikTok and Shopee, as required for campaign and affiliate operations.
• Brand Partners and Sellers: Creator performance data relevant to campaigns you participate in (not personal contact details unless you consent).
